The extension stores only one piece of data: your LinkedIn profile URL, which you enter manually in the extension popup.
How it is stored
Your LinkedIn URL is saved using Chrome's built-in sync storage (chrome.storage.sync). This means it syncs across your signed-in Chrome browsers — the same way Chrome saves bookmarks. The data never leaves Chrome's own infrastructure.
What we do NOT do
We do not collect any personal data beyond the URL you provide.
We do not transmit any data to external servers.
We do not track browsing activity, form contents, or any page data.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party services.
Permissions explained
storage — to save your LinkedIn URL locally in Chrome.
activeTab — to fill the URL into the current tab's form field when you press the keyboard shortcut or click "Fill now".
Content scripts on all URLs — to detect LinkedIn URL fields on any page and auto-fill them. No page content is read or transmitted.
Your control
You can delete your stored LinkedIn URL at any time by clearing the field in the popup and saving, or by removing the extension from Chrome.
